House rules
- The maximum occupancy is the number of guests stated on the relevant property page and in the booking confirmation.
- Only guests included in the reservation and registered before arrival may enter or stay at the accommodation. External visitors are not permitted.
- Parties, events and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Loud music, shouting and other disturbing noise are not permitted inside the accommodation or in any private outdoor or communal areas.
- Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside the accommodation.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written authorisation.
- Guests must respect the neighbours, the accommodation and all rules applicable to the property or residential complex, including rules relating to swimming pools and communal areas, where applicable.
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any damage, missing item, need for additional cleaning or serious breach of these rules may result in additional charges and immediate termination of the stay.
